I love your skill. The first line is actually my favorite, however I was trying to avoid the hag look for the witch. Not trying to say no to your submission but I know of 4 people in my personal life that see it as offensive to the religion they follow and something I meant to note earlier was just that we should aim for unisex clothing unless we can fit more in as optional/custom so maybe we should all start referring to it as magic user to ensure that male players aren't discouraged from choosing the class as well. The group can decide since this is all only concept, I'd like to use this sketch instead of my earlier pic because with these restrictions were almost left with only the robe, broom, & hat mixed with various option that are up to the player.
Keep posting characters though please!!!!!!!!!

I like the pumpkin. I think that would make an awesome head for him. Don't know about the hoodie, though. Covers up too much of his head and face. Otherwise great stuff!

I like the design and proportions, but I see two flaws. The main one is that the colour balance is off. Either the head needs to be darker/paler, or the rest needs more colour. Branching from that, the upper arms aren't defined... not sure if that's due to the flat colour or not.
Could you revert it to lineart so I can get a look at the composition?
A couple scythe ideas: scythes are a bit overdone, and Pumpkinhead isn't a reaper. Evil sure, but he's a plant that grew from the ground. What about a hoe or mattock?

Sorry it's sloppy, I did it after returning home from work last night. + it's only concept.
It's not line art, everything's drawn by hand then put through artweaver.
